When will dr. Lesnak see patients at her new location?
Dr. Lesnak will start seeing new patients in-person and via telemedicine at Neighborhood Naturopathic in West Seattle on January 5th. Her last day of seeing patients out of her previous location will be December 30th.
What insurance companies will she be in-network with?
She is currently in-network with Regence, First Choice, and Premera/Lifewise. Please confirm your own benefits to ensure coverage. You have the option to receive a 20% discount if you pay at the time of service if she is not in-network with your insurance company and will receive reimbursement paperwork to send to your insurance.
What services will she provide at Neighborhood Naturopathic?
Dr. Lesnak will be seeing both adults and children for well-visits as well as acute/sick visits. She will continue to provide services such as paps, blood work, vaccinations for children, and specialty services like natural fertility and postpartum care.
What days of the week will she be seeing patients?
Dr. Lesnak sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and one Saturday per month.

How can I have my records sent over to Neighborhood Naturopathic?
Consider requesting your medical records prior to your appointment as Dr. Lesnak will not have access to those even if you were seen previously by her at another clinic.

If you are a new patient to Neighborhood Naturopathic and transferring care from her previous clinic:
Select “New Patient - Transfer of Care (45min)” and click “no” when asked if you are an existing patient (because you are new to this location)
